I met Liz 28 years ago when she was my next door neighbor. When we sold our home and bought our new home 13 years ago we used Liz as our agent. About Liz Swenson
Liz has called the Lakes Region home for over 34 years moving up from the southern part of the state where she worked for a large real estate franchise where she was recognized as Rookie of the Year for her hard work and performance. She set aside her career in real estate to raise her two daughters but continued in the sales field including a business of her own as well as the restaurant business. She enjoys working out in the public with people and serving others which led her back into real estate in August of 2006 and she hasn’t looked back since.She is an active member serving in her church and community as well as the Lakes Region Board of Realtors®. The attitude of service is in her makeup, and she values key ingredients such as honesty and integrity, clear and regular communications, customer care, and follow-up.
